Mainly responsible for tutoring eight-year-old children from foreign families in international schools, responsible for all-round learning tutoring, after-school homework tutoring, correcting bad behavior habits, cultivating children's learning ability, living and learning habits, accompanying them when going out, making daily plans and monthly reports, solving the difficulties encountered by children in school, and communicating and connecting with school teachers.
When I first took over, I had obvious fear of difficulties, low self-esteem, resistance to learning, and dislike of learning. After a period of guidance, I was able to accept some questions that I had resisted before, and gradually kept up with the school's learning progress. The opposition, defiance and fear of difficulties were alleviated, and I was able to complete tasks according to the daily plan and adjust my work and rest schedule (I had lunch at 3 or 4 in the afternoon and went to bed at 11 o'clock in the evening at the beginning, and now I can have lunch normally at 12 o'clock and go to bed on time at 9 o'clock in the evening). When I first took over, the child had obvious manic-depressive tendencies, strong aggression, great mood swings, and obvious AS symptoms (once there was a mood swing, he would hit, bite, and scream). He had obvious confrontational emotions, refused all instructions, had a very low acceptance of strangers, had difficulty in socializing, disliked learning, and could not sit upright when writing. He had to lie on the ground, kneel on a chair, and eat something in his mouth to write. In the later period, his emotions gradually stabilized, he learned to relieve anxiety by himself, self-regulate before the red temperature, and the frequency of hurting others was significantly reduced. The confrontational emotions were greatly reduced, he was able to obey instructions above 75%, was willing to start trying to socialize, and was more tolerant of strangers, and could even actively communicate with strangers. His concentration has improved. He can basically sit on a chair and write normally when doing homework without chewing food. He no longer writes on the ground. His sense of responsibility has increased. He can clean up the dirty places by himself. He can apologize for his mistakes (he would never say "sorry" at the beginning). He will say thank you when he gets help. He rarely runs around in the restaurant when eating and can finish his meal at his seat. His living habits have improved significantly. His sense of time has improved. He can basically do things when the time comes.
